This policy describes what data Crave collects, how we use it, and what
rights you have. By using the app you agree to this policy. If you don't, please
don't use the app.
What we collect
Account info you give us
Email address (for sign-in)
Display name and avatar (optional)
Phone number (optional, for partner pairing)
Date of birth, gender, country (optional, for personalization)
Usage data
Games you play, daily-card responses, AI Coach conversations
Memories and locations you save
Subscription state (free / Plus / Premium)
Wallet balance and coin purchases
Device data
Push-notification tokens (if you opt in)
Device type and OS version (for crash analytics)
Approximate IP-derived location (we hash and discard the raw IP)
Anonymous device identifier for ad attribution (only with your ATT consent on iOS)
Partner data
When you pair with a partner, both of you can see each other's responses
to shared games and daily cards.
We do NOT collect: your contacts, photos library (unless you
explicitly attach a memory), real-time location.
How we use it
To run the app — show you content, save your responses, sync with your partner
To improve content quality (anonymized aggregate stats only)
To send you push notifications you've opted into
To prevent abuse and fraud
To measure ads if you arrived via one (Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google) and only with your consent
Opt out of analytics — iOS: deny ATT. Android: clear advertising ID in system settings.
If you live in the EU/UK: you have GDPR rights including portability and the
right to object to processing. If you live in California: CCPA rights apply.

Children
This app is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from
minors. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Retention
Account data: kept until you delete your account.
Anonymized aggregate analytics: kept for 90 days then aggregated into retention reports with no per-user keys.
