Terms of Service

1. The deal

Crave is a couples app. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the app.

You must be 18 or older to use Crave.

2. Your account

• One account per person.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• Don't impersonate someone else. Don't use someone else's account without their permission.
• We can suspend or delete your account if you break these rules.

3. What you do in the app

You can:

• Pair with a partner and play games together
• Save memories and locations
• Use the AI Coach (within plan limits)
• Buy a subscription or coin packs

You can't:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm anyone
• Post illegal content (CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, anything hateful targeting protected classes)
• Reverse-engineer the app or scrape it
• Try to break our security or other users' privacy

If you do any of those we will end your access and may report you to authorities.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage your subscription in your device's App Store / Play Store settings.
• Trials become paid subscriptions automatically. We tell you the price before you start the trial.
• Refunds are handled by Apple / Google according to their policies — not by us directly.

5. Coins

Coins are an in-app currency for AI Coach time. They have no cash value and are non-refundable, non-transferable. Unused coins remain in your wallet until you delete your account.

6. AI Coach

The AI Coach (powered by Google Gemini) gives general relationship suggestions. It is not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical advice. If you're in crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified mental health provider or local crisis line.

7. Content you create

When you save responses, memories, or send messages to your partner: you keep ownership. You give us a license to store and display that content within your own account and to your paired partner. We don't use your private content to train AI or sell it.

8. Content we provide

Game prompts, daily cards, and other content shown in the app are licensed to you for personal use only. Don't republish or sell them.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." We don't warrant uninterrupted service or that it will be free of bugs. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to the app

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a paid feature is materially reduced, we'll prorate or refund the affected portion of your subscription via Apple / Google.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your data. We can terminate your account for breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
